Prior to marinating or cooking tofu, pressing your tofu using the EZ Tofu Press allows better flavor absorption! EZ Tofu Press Features: Presses tofu in 5-15 minutes, faster than spring versions which take hours. No springs to replace, simply tension knobs every 2 minutes. Gradual tensioning allows the EZ Tofu Press to work the water out of the tofu block. Centering marks on the bottom press plate allows for proper tofu block placement prior to pressing. Simply place block inside marking, this allows for even pressing each and every time. Stainless steel grommets on the EZ Tofu Press top plate allows for smooth pressing and eliminates plastic from getting into tofu. Other tofu press brands have stainless steel threads rubbing against plastic plate which can tear the plastic off their press plate during operation. Only the EZ Tofu Press has specially designed fitted stainless steel grommets to prevent this from occurring.
