Fermented Garlic combines slow-roasted black garlic with lacto-fermented Caribbean peppers for a spicy, umami, garlicky flavor that's versatile enough to put on anything. When initially released as part of the Micro Batch series in the spring of 2019, this sauce sold out immediately. We produced several follow-up batches and ran into the same scenario each time -- it flew off the shelves! So, we bumped her into the rotation and gave her a proper slot in the Paulman Acre core line. Give a bottle a try and you'll understand why. This dank, umami flavor bomb could bring a tear to a glass eye.
