How to Use:
- Each soak includes 7 oz. of blend, 1 reusable sachet, and a vial of essential oil
- For each bath, add ¼ of the soak to a sachet
- Add a few drops of the included oil to the sachet, tie it closed, and drop it into your bath
Soak for at least 15–20 minutes, ideally while listening to calming music or a guided meditation. You can even perform your womb massage in the bath for deeper nourishment.
