The salt is okay, but I expected it to be flakier based on the description. It works for cheesemaking, but I have to grind it a little for finer applications. I might try a different brand next time.

Arrived Damaged, Salt is Fine
Unfortunately, the bag got a bit torn during shipping, so I lost some salt. But the product itself is fine and it works well for my cheese recipes. Just wish the packaging was better!

Great Salt for Homemade Cheese!
