I bought these for my weekend baking projects and they’re fantastic! The 16-ounce pack means I have plenty to work with, and it's nice that each packet is so easy to measure out. Definitely keeps my baking fun and hassle-free.

Decent yeast, but color isn’t as expected
The yeast performs just fine, but I was surprised that it didn’t look as fresh as I hoped. That said, my bread still rises, so I can’t complain too much. Just a minor hiccup!
