Great for homemade spring rolls!
I bought this flour for making rice paper rolls, and it worked like a charm! The texture was perfect for wrapping and the 14 oz packs are just the right size. I’ll definitely be using this for my next batch of banh cuon!

Not the best for my recipes
I was excited to try this rice paper flour, but it didn’t work well for my banh cuon. The texture didn’t turn out right compared to what I’m used to. Disappointed with this purchase. Tried using it a couple of times but no luck!
