Good flour but shipping was slow
I really like this amaranth flour from Food to Live; it’s finely milled and works well in my vegan recipes. However, it took longer than expected to arrive. Just a little frustrating, but the quality of the flour is worth it.

Not what I expected
I was excited to try this amaranth flour, but it didn’t work well for me. The texture is fine, but it made my pancakes too dense. I guess I didn’t realize how different it would be from regular flour. Just didn’t fit my needs for baking.
