Food to Live California Organic Raisins have a long shelf life, so buying in bulk is wise. You can eat them as a snack or use the sultana for cooking. Try this great recipe of raisins muffins:

- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ¼ sugar
- 1 zested orange
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup raisins

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients (except raisins) in another bowl.
4. Stir the egg mixture into the flour.
5. Add the raisins and mix.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remember that raisins can go bad, so store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
