Thanks to the grains size and shape, quinoa is often considered a cereal plant. Our quinoa was grown without any addition of chemicals. After the seeds are collected, theyre thoroughly cleaned from any unwanted particles (husks, dirt, or dust). They are then soaked for about 8 hours. After the soak, quinoa is dried at 110-120 C (230- 248F) for around 1 hour. It is then ground and sieved. Organic quinoa flour is the most nutritious type of grain flour. This product is an excellent source of vegetable protein, as it provides all essential amino acids. It also contains iron, B vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, vitamin E, and fiber. Organic quinoa flour has a slightly nutty taste, and serves as a great alternative for wheat flour. It goes well with fruits, nuts, cinnamon, caraway, and rosemary. Imagine your favorite delicious baked goods or even pancakes, only a wholesome version. Simply replace wheat flour with quinoa flour in your recipe, and voila!
