I was really looking forward to trying this product from O-Cha, but one of the jars arrived cracked. I managed to save some of the oil, and it does taste great with that crispy garlic and onion. Just hope the next order comes in better shape!

I bought the O-Cha brand fried chili in oil for some Thai recipes, and wow, it's packed with flavor! The crispy garlic and red onion add a great texture. I love using it in stir-fries and as a condiment for my meals. Definitely a staple in my kitchen now!

Good, but not as spicy as expected
This chili oil has a nice taste, but I was hoping for it to pack more heat. The crispy garlic and onions are a tasty bonus, though. It works well in dishes, just don’t expect it to blow your socks off! Still worth trying if you love Thai flavors.
