Here, cherries ripen slowly, gathering sweetness in the cool Andean air before being dried in their full fruit. The result is a cup that feels both ethereal and grounding, a reminder that even the most celebrated varietals still offer new stories when guided by a patient hand.
On the nose, this Gesha opens softly with floral sweetness and hints of pear skin, inviting you into a cup layered with gentle complexity.
