What You'll Need:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter and one egg
Easy Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: With an electric mixer, whip two sticks of softened butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Step 3: Gradually add contents of package, adding toffee bits last. (Batter will be stiff.)
Step 4: Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 5: Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

GF Flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), sugar, toffee chips (sugar, vegetable oil [palm oil, sunflower oil], dairy butter, almonds, salt), nonfat dry milk (vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), vanilla powder (dextrose and vanilla beans), cornstarch, baking soda, sea salt.
