Quality product, but shipping delay
I love Gillian’s gluten-free breadcrumbs! They’re perfect for my baking needs. However, I did have a delay with shipping which was kind of a bummer. Still worth it once they arrived!

Good texture, but a bit bland
These breadcrumbs are gluten-free, which is awesome! I love the texture, but I found them a little bland for my taste. I had to spice them up with some herbs to get the flavor I wanted. Still, they did a decent job in my meatballs!
