The Goya chorizo has a bold flavor, which I loved, but I found it a bit greasier than I expected. I usually use it in casseroles, and while it added a nice kick, I had to drain the excess fat. Still decent quality and the price is right!

Packaged well but not my favorite
I bought this chorizo for a family gathering, but I wasn't thrilled with the taste. It was a bit too spicy for some guests, and I felt the texture was off. While I appreciate the convenience of the pack of 16, I probably won't buy it again.
