Ground Up is a not-just-for-profit business that makes healthy + delicious nut butters, using them as a means to provide employment opportunity to women overcoming adversity. Through part-time employment, we provide mentorship and job skills training in everything from sales and marketing to working in a commercial kitchen space. Our goal is for women to gain the confidence and skills they need during their time with Ground Up to realize their full potential and transition into their next phase of life.
