Not What I Expected

I was really excited to try the taro pancake mix, but it didn't turn out as I hoped. The pancakes were dense and didn't have much flavor compared to what I expected from taro. Maybe I did something wrong, but they just weren't what I was looking for. Disappointed overall.

Great Taste but Instructions Lacked Clarity

The pancakes taste great, really a nice twist with the taro flavor. However, the instructions on the package weren't very clear about the mixing ratio, so I had to experiment a bit to get the consistency right. Once I figured it out though, they turned out fluffy and delicious!

I bought the Hawaii's Original Taro Pancake Mix after trying some taro pancakes at a local cafe. The flavor is amazing and the color is such a fun purple! It's super easy to make, just mix with water and cook. Definitely a hit for weekend brunches with friends!
