I bought the pack of 12 Hime Tempura Batter Mix for a recent get-together. While the batter was easy to use and tasted great, I found it a bit too salty for my liking. My guests enjoyed it though! Just wish the flavor was more balanced. Definitely worth trying if you like tempura!
