Packaging issues upon arrival
The Holy Basil powder's quality seems fine, but when it arrived, the packaging was slightly damaged. Thankfully, the powder itself was okay. A little disappointed with how it was shipped, but the product seems good.

Smell and taste are off
I was excited to try the Holy Basil powder, but I found the smell a bit too earthy for my taste. It didn't blend well in my recipes either. Maybe I got a bad batch? I’ll stick to fresh basil for now.
