Our Black Garlic is made from naturally fermented single clove garlic under precisely controlled temperatures and humidity for 90 days. The sweetness and texture as an outcome of the fermentation process changes it to a dried fruit and jelly-like ingredient that is completely different than the pungent and bitter smelling and tasting raw garlic. It also contains considerably more benefits than normal or fresh garlic, having 16 times more of S-Ally L-Cysteine (SAC), which is good for blood circulation. 3 times the amount of Arginine which is good for the overall immune system. 6 times the amont of Polyphenol, which is a high and good antioxidant. In fact, having just one clove of our Black Garlic equals to many numerous cloves of normal garlic.
