The Incas Food mote pelado is really good, but I feel like it's a bit overpriced for just 15 ounces. It worked great in my posole, but I wish it came in larger sizes for a better value. Still, the quality is there!

Not What I Expected
I was really excited to try the Incas Food mote pelado, but I found it kind of bland compared to other brands I've tried. It worked for my recipe, but I expected a bit more flavor from the hominy itself. Not sure I'd buy it again.
