Easy, Fat Fee Powder Instant Meringue Mix, Just Add Water. Preparation: Mixing Bowl Must be Clean and Dry. Pour 2 Cups Plus 1 Ounce Warm Water into Mixing Bowl. Add Full Pound Meringue Mix. Whip Until Stiff (Approximately 10 Minutes). To Make 2 Quarts of Meringue, Add 1 Cup Meringue Mix to 1 Cup Warm Water and Mix as Above. Use 1 Quart Whipped Meringue Per 9" Pie. May be Browned in Oven at 350-400 Degrees F for 7-10 Minutes. Shelf Life is One Year When Stored in Cool, Dry, Ambient Temperature.
