I think the concept of butter powder is interesting, but I wasn't thrilled with the texture when mixing it into my recipes. It doesn't dissolve as well as I'd hoped. Might work better for someone else!

Rich flavor, easy to use
I love how easy this butter powder is to use! Just a spoonful adds so much flavor to my dishes. I mainly use it when I’m cooking vegetables, and it really elevates them. Will buy again!

Not the best substitute
Tried this butter powder as a substitute for regular butter in my recipes, but it didn't quite deliver the same richness. It’s decent, but I think I prefer the real thing. Just my two cents!
