The J-Basket soba noodles have a great texture and hold up well in stir-fries. However, I found them a little bland on their own. I would suggest pairing them with a strong sauce or more veggies for flavor. Will buy again!

Disappointed with the quality
I was really looking forward to these J-Basket soba noodles, but unfortunately, they arrived broken and a bit crushed. The noodles didn’t cook well because of the damage. I’m not sure if I’ll risk ordering again.

Great noodles for a healthy meal!
I bought the J-Basket dried buckwheat soba noodles for a gluten-free option, and they did not disappoint! They cooked up perfectly in about 6 minutes and had a nice nutty flavor. Definitely a staple in my pantry now!

Decent noodles, slow shipping
I found these J-Basket buckwheat noodles to be decent but the shipping took longer than expected. They taste fine, but the delay in delivery was a bit frustrating. Next time, I’ll order earlier.
