The katsuobushi from JFC has a nice rich flavor, but I wish the 0.88-ounce package was a bit larger. I used it in a couple of noodle dishes, and it worked well, but it runs out quickly for my family of four. Still, it's great quality!

Decent, but Packaging Needs Improvement
The katsuobushi has a nice flavor and is great for my home cooking, but the packaging was a bit dented when it arrived. It didn't affect the product itself, but it was a little off-putting. Happy with the taste overall, though.
