I've been using these Jyoti black beans for a few weeks now. The 10-ounce packs are handy, especially since you get six of them. My only complaint is the price; I feel like they could be a bit more affordable for organic beans.

Solid choice for my chili
I grabbed these Jyoti black beans to use in my chili recipe. They cooked up nicely and added a great texture. I didn't realize I was getting six packs, which was a pleasant surprise, but I wish the beans had been a little softer out of the bag.

Disappointed with quality control
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with these Jyoti black beans. One of the packs had beans that were hard and not cookable. It’s too bad because I really wanted to enjoy them, but I won’t be buying this brand again. The quality should be consistent!
