I was really excited to try these, but I found them lacking in flavor. They don’t have the same taste as fresh mushrooms. They worked okay in soup, but I probably won’t buy them again.

Not as fresh as expected
I bought these for stir-frying, but some of the mushrooms seemed a bit mushy when I opened the pack. The flavor is decent, but I've had better. Just a bit disappointed in the consistency.
