This Japanese mayonnaise is made using only egg yolks, which gives it a creamier, eggier taste than other mayonnaises you might be used to. Added MSG gives it that little extra kick of umami for a completely different experience than traditional mayonnaise. Its great as a dipping sauce, topping, or seasoning in any dish you think could use a little bit of tangy, umami flavor. Try it as a salad dressing or as the perfect complement to your avocado toast, because everything can use a little Kewpie.
