Not as crunchy as regular panko

Arrived damaged, but product is okay
One of the boxes in my case arrived crushed, which was disappointing. Thankfully, the panko inside was unharmed. It’s decent for gluten-free cooking, but the delivery could’ve been better. Still, I’ll keep using it!
