The sugar itself is great, but it took a while to arrive and the packaging was a bit damaged when it got here. Luckily, the sugar was fine, but I would have liked a better shipping experience.

Not What I Expected
I was hoping for a more classic sugar texture, but this pearl sugar is larger than I thought. Looks pretty on pastries but doesn't really melt. Just not the right fit for what I was trying to make.
