Perfectly sized for professional chefs, this Garlic Salt is great for seasoning large quantities of food. Use it to enhance a variety of chicken dishes, chops, steaks, seafood and pastas with long-lasting, fresh taste Try it in hamburgers or meat loaf for amplified flavor. Or sprinkle it on tomatoes, salads or sauteed vegetables. Bring in Summer with a Splash. Whether you grill, saute, or bake, simply splash, sprinkle or pour on Lawrys for delicious summertime meals. RECIPE: Steak with Chimichurri Sauce. A fresh Argentinean herb sauce of parsley, onions, olive oil and vinegar complements the richness of grilled steak. For the Chimichurri Sauce, blend 1/2 c coarsely chopped onion, 1/2 c packed fresh parsley leaves, 1/2 c olive oil, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp of Garlic Salt and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes in a food processor or blender; cover. Process just until coarsely chopped. Set aside. Sprinkle 2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak (about 1-inch thick) with 1 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt and 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve sliced steak with Chimichurri Sauce.
