I was really looking forward to trying Lee Kum Kee's Sriracha Mayo, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It tasted more sweet than spicy, and I was hoping for a stronger sriracha flavor. I might try it again in a different recipe, but I was disappointed this time.

Pretty Good but a Bit Spicy
I got the Sriracha Mayo to add some kick to my sandwiches, and it does deliver on heat. But I found it a tad spicier than I expected, which made it hard for my kids to enjoy. Still, it’s a unique flavor, and I’ll use it for my adult meals!
