Product Description
Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is soft and light textured enriched with Sicilian candied orange peel. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds. Dolce a pasta morbida, ottenuto per fermentazione naturale da pasta acida, avente forma irregolare ovale, che ricorda la colomba. La pasta soffice e ben alveolata arricchita da scorzoni di arance di Sicilia canditi. La superficie ricoperta da glassa decorata con granella di zucchero e mandorle.
