Product Description
Since 1937, Lundberg Family Farms has been growing wholesome, great-tasting rice while tending to soil, air, water, and wildlife as carefully as our crops. Some people say were a bit unconventional. But doing things our way-sustainably at every step-allows us to make better food for your table while leaving a better world for the next generation. Grown with earth-preserving practices, our 20+ rice and quinoa varieties are cultivated to maximize the flavor of each tiny grain. Long, short, black, brown, white, red, and blended. Each variety brings something different to the table so you can get creative in the kitchen. Enjoy the whole-grain goodness of our Lundberg Traditional Italian Risotto, Porcini Wild Mushroom. Enjoy the exotic, earthy, nutty flavor of wild porcini mushrooms in this elegant Italian-style risotto. We created this delicious gourmet side dish by blending quality organic ingredients like mushrooms, garlic, and onion with our creamy Arborio rice. Youll love how the individual kernels plump, creating a rich, creamy sauce while the rice grains remain separate and al dente. Preparing this tasty risotto takes about 20 minutes and requires minimal stirring. Its an easy, convenient way to add gourmet flair to any meal. Hungry for more? Look for other great-tasting side dishes, entrees, snacks, and packaged rice and quinoa varieties from Lundberg Family Farms. Good from the grain up!
I really wanted to love this risotto, but when it arrived, the packaging was damaged, and some of the rice was crushed. The flavor was decent, but the texture was off because of that. Bummer!
This risotto is nice for a quick side dish, but I found it a little bland. The mushrooms were good, yet I had to add some extra seasoning to really bring out the flavor. Still, it cooked in 20 minutes, which was a plus!
I tried the Lundberg Family Farms Traditional Italian Risotto with Porcini and Wild Mushroom for dinner last night. It was super easy to prepare and only took about 20 minutes like mentioned. The flavor was amazing, and it paired perfectly with grilled chicken!
