Good but a bit too spicy for me
I tried the Mae Ploy green curry paste in my homemade curry, and while it was aromatic and flavorful, it was a tad spicier than expected! If you like a kick, this is perfect, but I might mix it with some coconut milk next time to tone it down a bit.
