How to Use:
Hot Salsa: Mix 1-3 tbsp with 1 (15 oz) can undrained petite diced tomatoes. Optional: add 1 (15 oz) can diced mangoes, drained. Add to taste!
Classic Dip (add to taste!): Blend mix (start with less) with 8 oz mayonnaise and 8 oz sour cream. Or try 16 oz sour cream, plain yogurt, or hummus. Chef Jan's favorite: 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo + 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) sour cream.
Cracker Spread: Combine mix (add to taste) with 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy warm (microwave 2 minutes) or chilled.

Salsa base (onion, red & green bell peppers, garlic, herbs & spices, chili powder), sea salt, habanero pepper, cane sugar, mango flavor (propylene glycol, alcohol, natural & artificial flavor, annatto extract).
