Simply boil water, gradually whisk in the gravy mix and stir. Drizzle over chicken or turkey dishes; stuffing or mashed potatoes; and even rice, beans, or vegetables. For a fast-and-easy take on pot pie, mix gravy with cooked chicken and mixed veggies and serve over biscuits. Make roasted chicken or herb-flavored gravy with the tips below! RECIPE: Poultry Gravy Mix Poultry Gravy Mix and water in a saucepan until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer 5 to 8 minutes. For a richer, creamier gravy, substitute the water with whole milk. Prepare as directed. For roasted chicken flavor, add 2 tbsp. Pan drippings for each cup of prepared gravy. For Herb Poultry Gravy, add tsp. Of each, Thyme Leaves and Rubbed Sage for each quart of prepared except those naturally occurring glutamates.
