The marinated feta from Meredith Dairy has great texture, but I found it a tad salty. I enjoyed it on some crackers, but I think I’ll use it more in cooking rather than as a snack. The packaging is easy to open, which I appreciate.

Not as expected, cheese was dry
I was excited to try the Meredith Dairy marinated feta, but when it arrived, the cheese was drier than I expected. It didn’t have that creamy texture I love in feta. I might have just gotten a bad batch. Disappointed!
