We crystal coat our candy in pure maple syrup to lock in the freshness. It s no small coincidence that it turns out softer than others and melts in your mouth. Why is our candy the best? We ve made over 200,000 pounds of pure maple sugar candy and every batch was only 10 pounds and hand stirred. These extremely small batches give us more control over process and quality. Our confectioners are alchemists, transforming select maple syrup from our sugar bush into the award-winning maple candy that has made us so famous.
