All the natural oil of the olive is intact, very juicy. These olives come from the first organic farm in Peru. All farming controls are carried out ecologically through the release of repellent oils and other organic methods. These oils are made right there on the farm using their olive extract, olive leaf and olive oil. All the nutrients that they use for tree fertilizer are also made on the farm. Pristine running spring water is used during the fermentation process comes from the Andes Mountains, and is filtered before use. These olives come from a family business that respects the land, and the food that the land provides.
