This seasoning is decent for making kalua pork, but I found it a bit salty for my taste. The 2.25 pounds is a lot, so I’ll have it for a while. Next time, I might try using less at first.

Great for parties!
I brought this seasoning to my friend's luau-themed party, and everyone went nuts for the kalua pork! The flavor was spot on, but the delivery took longer than I hoped. Still, it was worth the wait!
