I’ve been using Ohsawa Nama Shoyu for a few weeks now, and the depth of flavor is fantastic! Aged in those cedar kegs really adds a unique twist. I love it on sushi and in salad dressings. Definitely worth the buy if you're serious about your cooking!

Honestly, I expected more from this soy sauce given all the hype. It’s okay, but I found it a bit too salty for my taste. Plus, I had to wait longer for delivery than I thought. I probably won’t buy it again.

I love using this organic shoyu in my cooking! The flavor is rich and pairs well with everything from dumplings to grilled veggies. Being non-GMO and vegan is a big plus for me. I’ll keep this in my kitchen for sure!
