Great for thickening soups!
I originally purchased the Ola oat flour for baking, but I've found it’s excellent for thickening soups too! The 10lbs size is a bit much for just one use, but it’s definitely versatile. Happy with this purchase!

Decent flour but needs experimentation
I bought the Ola oat flour to try out some new recipes. It’s good, but I've noticed it behaves differently than regular wheat flour. My pancakes were a bit dense. Gonna keep trying though, I think it just needs some adjustments!
