Product Description
It can be used to cook beef, pork, chicken and salmon, vegetables, and seafood after heating it. It can also be used as a tray for fruits, sushi, cheese, and light salty desserts after refrigerating it. How to use your salt block: 1. Place your salt block on the stovetop. 2. Set the heat to low and let the block heat at that temperature for 15 minutes. 3. Switch the heat to medium and let it heat for another 15 minutes. 4. Turn the heat to high and let the block heat for another 15 minutes. 5. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the salt block, and when it sizzles and immediately evaporates, youre ready to cook. Note: 1.Do not put your block directly on the heating surface to avoid damage to your block and stove. 2.Do not use it in the oven. 3.Dont use soap, and dont put it in your dishwasher! 4.After cleaning and drying, store in a cool and dry place. We recommend that you wrap the salt blocks in plastic wrap to prevent moisture buildup.
This salt block is fantastic for grilling veggies! I used it on my outdoor grill, and it gave everything such a nice flavor. The 1.5-inch thickness is perfect for even heating. Definitely worth it if you love to cook outdoors!

I thought the Onlyfire salt block would be easy to use, but I had some trouble getting the temperature right. It took longer than I thought to heat up for grilling. It does taste good, but the learning curve was annoying.

I bought this salt block for hosting parties, and it worked perfectly for serving appetizers. The 12 x 8 x 1.5 size is great for cheeses and veggies. Just need to watch the temperature so it doesn’t crack, but it looks stunning on the table!
