Cultivated by David Gallego, this washed Orange Bourbon now takes on deeper tones—roasted to a medium-dark espresso profile that unlocks richness and clarity in every shot.
Here, native bees move gently through the orchard-like rows, pollinating with purpose and deepening the harmony between plant and place. Their presence is a quiet force—one that hums beneath every note in the cup.
The aroma is warm and inviting, like citrus peel dipped in chocolate. On the palate, it opens with the crisp sweetness of caramel apple, the creamy depth of nougat, and a whisper of sweet spice. The body is medium and juicy, with a malic, medium-low acidity that lends a smooth, rounded structure. The finish lingers with a sweet, citric echo—like sunlight caught in amber.
