The solid, cocoa bits are perfect for creating a variety of raw chocolate treats. This form of cacao can be easily blended into chocolate candies, smoothies and desserts while still giving you all the healthy benefits of this powerful superfood. Cacao Paste can easily be blended into smoothies, sprinkled over raw ice cream or combined with your favorite raw food desserts. Enjoy this cacao paste as is or discover your own mouthwatering combinations. An easy way to use cacao paste is to melt it at a low temperature and use the tantalizing liquid paste in your creations. Use cacao paste to make our own raw chocolates: Melt equal amounts of cacao paste and cacao butter, add a raw sweetener, vanilla powder, and a dash of Sea Salt. Put in a mold (or ice cube tray) and place in freezer to set.
