I bought this Otto's cassava flour to try out for gluten-free baking. It works well, especially in muffins and breads, but I feel like it's a bit on the expensive side for just 2 lbs. Still, the quality is nice, and I appreciate that it’s gluten-free. Might buy again if it's on sale!

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, my experience with this cassava flour wasn’t great. The 2 lbs pack arrived with a hole in it, and it spilled everywhere. I managed to use some, but I wasn't thrilled about the quality. It didn't give the right texture I wanted for my cookies, either. Disappointed!

A great gluten-free alternative!
I've been using Otto's cassava flour for my baking, and it has really changed the game for gluten-free recipes. The 2 lbs pack is perfect for my needs, and it blends so well with other flours. I made some pancakes, and they turned out fluffy and delicious!
