I was excited to try Otto's cassava flour after hearing great things. Unfortunately, the texture wasn't what I hoped for—my bread came out grainy and a bit crumbly. I might try using it in smaller amounts next time, but right now, I’m a bit disappointed. Shipping was prompt though.

Decent, but some learning curve
Tried this cassava flour for the first time, and it's definitely different from regular flour. I had to adjust my recipes a bit, and the first batch of cookies came out a little dense. But once I got the hang of it, I enjoyed the flavor and how they held together. Just takes practice!
