The Palmin coconut fat is decent, but I found it to be a bit oilier than I expected for certain recipes. I appreciate the pack of 2 for the value, but I wish the texture was a bit more solid. Still okay for cooking!

Great for baking and cooking!
I bought the Palmin coconut fat to use in my baking and I'm really happy with it. The 250g packs are convenient and I love the rich flavor it adds to my recipes. I've even used it for frying and it works wonderfully!
