Directions:
- Warm a non-stick pan over medium-low heat (or use a light coating of fat-free cooking spray).
- Pour the contents of one packet into a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup (2 oz.) of water and stir. Allow the mixture to rest for 1 minute. The batter will be dense and slightly frothy.
