From the mountains of Risaralda at 1850 MASL, this exceptional lot from Finca La Cristalina showcases the unique expression of the Bourbon Papayo varietal, cultivated with care by producer Walter Londoño. Located in Santuario, Risaralda, the farm is managed using regenerative farming practices that protect water resources and preserve biodiversity, reflecting the Londoño family's commitment to sustainability and quality. Processed using the yellow honey (semi-washed) method, this coffee offers a vibrant and layered cup profile.
